All coaching programs are scheduled individually to ensure the highest quality of personalized preparation. Please note that availability is limited and prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis to maintain our standard of excellence.
How Registration Works

Students contact Delphi Learning through email or WhatsApp to express interest.

Details
Provide your preferred program, weekly availability, and desired start date.

Scheduling
Schedules are offered on a first-come, first-served basis according to availability.

Confirmation
Receive your specific coaching schedule as soon as an opening becomes available.

Enrollment
Registration and payment are finalized only after schedule confirmation.
Scheduling & Communication Policy
Programs are scheduled individually and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. This approach ensures that every student receives dedicated instructional time necessary for academic mastery.

Monday–Friday: 2 PM – 7 PM PST
Saturday: 10 AM – 4 PM PST
Please note that communication is handled through WhatsApp messaging only during business hours in order to maintain focus during instructional sessions. Phone calls are not accepted at this time.
